“Staying Alive” was painted with acrylic paints on canvas. My husband Vincent took the photograph of a female mallard duck which inspired the painting. The way the top feather is pointed up reminds me of the Bee Gee’s song that John Travolta danced to in “Saturday Night Fever.”
